IHRE AUFGABEN

The Project Management should be composed of professionals with proven expertise with a German/Italien Banking Group and the following skills:MUST HAVE:

- Experience in managing complex projects in the customers environment involving several Business and Service Lines
- Deep knowledge in the customers processes and centralized / decentralized infrastructure

MUST HAVE SKILLS / MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE:

- Deep knowledge of various IT Infrastructure technologies, organization of movements of end devices (PC, monitor, printer, phones), side inspections of technic/server rooms to identify equiments to be removed
- Degree in computer science, communications engineering or equivalent knowledge
- Many years of professional experience as a Technical IT Consultant
- Many years experience in high complex (ideally Investment-)banking IT environments
- Good networking skills and assertiveness in conflicting situations
- Experience in management of highly complex and sensitive organizations
- Excellent presentation, communication and documentation skills
- Very good English language skills
- Ability to capture quickly significant information in highly complex, cross-project processes
- Ability to transfer complex IT topics to Business; ITIL, SIM process Know-how and experience
- Ability to communicate with clients, steering committee and department heads or management
- Familiar with the HP project management tool PPM
- Onside mandatory in Munich

GENERAL SKILLS

- Very good German language skills are mandatory due to communication with German administration and serveral German external companies
- Very good English language skills are mandatory due to communication within our international company.
- Very good skill in MS Office products

TARGET/DUTIES:

- Manage all incoming requirements from the customer
- Manage the communication with clients and department heads or management
- Clarify the requirements and involve necessary stakeholders within the customer, VTS an other companies
- Align on a timeline
- Cover all project documentation
- Keep track of costs, timeline and quality of delivered data and documentation
- Creation of reports for cost controlling, check invoices regarding delivery
