For our client, a global insurance company focussing on cologne we are looking for a Project Manager (f/m) on a freelance basis.

Project Start: asap
Project End: Februar 2018 (option to prolong for 6 mth)
Location: Düsseldorf
Hours/Week: fulltime

Main Tasks:
IT project consulting
Administrative organization of a weekly Project Core team with 4 regions participating incl.
Independent creation of qualified minutes of meetings
Follow-up of open actions
Structured consolidation of information from four geographic regions
Alignment of actions and work results with other non-IT work streams
Set-up and operating of a weekly project reporting (KPI driven) incl. consolidation from geographic regions and preparation of a condensed project report
Consolidation of risks and issues from the regions

Requirements (technical):
Strong grasp of new topics
IT background
Target oriented mindset
Good organisation and planning skills
MS Office (mainly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Tool knowledge like Perform (based on PPM from HP) and/or project management follow-up tools (MS project) is a plus.

Language:
Englisch fluent
