Project Manager/Expert Knowledge Management (50 - 100%)

Harvey Nash is looking for a Project Manager/Expert Knowledge Management (50-100%) for an 11 month project in Switzerland. Generally, the workload is set up for 100%, in case the candidate is only available 50%, the apartment is quite flexible.

You are responsible for

. Supporting and driving knowledge management (KM) activities inside Pharma Technical Development with a focus on IT processes and tools Qualification

Requirements

. Minimum of 7 years of work experience with processes and information flow in pharmaceutical development
. Minimum of 5 years in management and/or development of document management systems (GxP)
. Minimum of 5 years of project management experience with mid-size projects ( 10-50 team members)
. Native/fluent in either German or English with a strong professional proficiency for the other language
. Self-motivated and being able to identify issues and work independently
. Willing to work within a global organization and late in the evening (TC/VC with US west coast)
. Proven ability to steer lateral teams in a complex and dynamic environment
. Bachelor/Master in Computer Science
. PM certification
. Experience in Knowledge Management
. Technical understanding of trends and principles of information management with a focus on document management (Documentum, Sharepoint, online services)
