Project Manager (Exit Processes)

Project Manager required by our Edinburgh based banking client with Exit Processes expertise.

The position is to manage and control the delivery of a medium to large project within the programme, taking responsibility for delivering solutions which address business needs. Manages resources to ensure delivery to agreed business plans within cost, quality and timescale objectives, ensuring that the benefits identified in the business case can be realised.

The areas that the Finance & Treasury workstream will cover include:
*Exit from Card & Loans sales, servicing and fulfilment (incl. disputes and chargebacks, Loans-Cards duality
*Exit Cards eCommerce servicing and Loans sales
*Exit Cards & Loans IVR
*Exit from Cards ATMs link to Visa & MasterCard (regression testing only)
*Exit from handling ATM disputes & chargebacks and ATM transaction fraud monitoring and case management (Cards)
*Exit from Cards & Loans complaints responsibilities
*Exit from Cards Collection
*Exit Application and Processing Fraud monitoring and case handling for Cards & Loans
*Exit from printing/scanning/mail handling for Cards & Loans

Skills, knowledge and experience
*Experience in the financial services industry
*Previous experience working on a migration or integration programme
*Well organised and able to prioritise workload in line with tight deadlines and work effectively under pressure
*Highly numerate, with excellent analytical and problem solving skills and attention to detail.
*Excellent team player with ability to working closely with others to deliver results
*Demonstrate an ability to think and reason logically
*Strong relationship management skills
*Excellent written communication - business and project reports
