10+ YEARS WITH STRONG PROJECT MANAGEMENT SKILLS
- Manage one or more projects within a programme aligned for same business objectives
- Background in solutions implementation (INFRA - SERVERS/STORAGE/NETWORK/SECURITY/LAN-WAN)
- Delivery of excellent customer service with relationship skills
- Proven ability to analyse and synthesise complex systems.
- Ability to work cross functionally contributing to and developing proposals.
- Vendor/business partner management experience.
- Experience in presentations and managing customer expectations
- Utilise management reports for Projects and ensure billing/profitability of the project
- Tracking and monitoring multiple projects for quality, costs and schedule
- Identify and manage risks and issues, effectively
- Past experience of Email migration and PCs refresh projects
TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE (BASIC UNDERSTANDING)
- Exchange and MS Lync systems
- Windows virtualisation concepts
- Active Directory, SCCM etc
- Storage devices and management
