Project Manager - Evaluation Business System

As project manager you take end-to-end responsibility for the envisioned evaluation of web-based IT system(s) which shall fulfil the needs of our customer's core processes to an optimal extent. This will also include processes like membership management, evaluation and assessment, course and event management, surveys, fellowship management, voting and election and others.

Core Tasks:

. Manages relationship with all project stakeholders (internal management, executive management, business, subject matter experts, external providers and partners)

* Organizes and leads the project team (ie plans and manages allocated resources, shapes priorities, coordinates interactions with management and key users and keeps the project team focused

* Organizes and leads the steering committee meetings

* Organizes and leads project workshops and ensures valuable outcomes

* Ensures involvement of super users in proof of concepts

* Reports the project status on a regular basis to the Board

* Ensures the defined project governance

* Ensures project change management

* Provides the project plan and updates it as needed (deadlines, milestones, delivery, requested and planned resources etc.)

* Schedules and manages the project according to the project management plan and ensures all relevant project deliveries during all phases

* Ensures all necessary sign-offs according to the project governance and performs all relevant reviews

* Ensures provision of cost and effort estimations

Work Experience:

Several years of business experience combined with a proven track record of minimum 3 successful projects in the role as project manager for high scale and high complex projects with > CHF 5 Mio investment and cross divisional and international project scope in global organizations.

Mandatory skills:

* Leadership and ability to assert oneself

* Experienced to act on C-level of organizations

* Deep knowledge in Project Management (process, methods and standards)

* Deep knowledge in evaluation and implementation of off-the-shelf systems (ERP, CRM, Web platforms)

* Sound understanding of enterprise-level IT architecture

* Hands-on experience in global GoLive scenarios

* Profound experience with complex global data migration

* Pragmatic hands-on approach

* Result oriented

* Accepted mediator and moderator

* English oral and written
