We have an immediate opening for Project Manager (ETL) - Payroll Domain role in Budapest, Hungary.

Role: Project Manager (ETL) - Payroll Domain
Duration: 6-12 months Contract
Location: Budapest, Hungary.
Payroll & Benefits (P
Qualified experienced project manager (PMI, PRINCEII or recognized alternative) with minimum 4-5 years experience managing across multi-country/multi discipline domain
Familiarity with Payroll & benefits domain - processes (inputs & outputs)
Experience with T&A system integration (inputs & outputs)
Expertise in working with 3rd-party solution providers
Data analytical & mapping skills - Experience in coordinating automated secure data exchanges between multiple systems (including 3rd-party providers)
Familiarity with industry standard ETL secure automated methods of data exchange (Web service, sftp, XML, https, data transformation products ie Informatica etc)
Expertise across the Microsoft office toolset (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Access) & ability to configure/maintain macros, pivots, mail-merge
- Strong confident verbal and written English' communication
- Strong leadership skills able to work autonomously and within team
- Capability to manage multiple stakeholders across multiple locations
- Logical process-driven mindset
- Strong solution-oriented problem solving mindset
- Simplification advocate
- Culturally/timezone aware
Familiarisation with the following would be advantageous;
Experience working across 3rd-party payroll
- OHR/HR3/Interpay
- T&A systems
- Understanding of Benefits OneHR
CRM/document management toolsets (ie Salesforce, Peoplesoft GCRM etc)
Technical configuration of single-signon (SSO) protocol
High-level understanding of GE IT Risk framework (supplier & application security) mandates
Understanding of Benefits CoEs and impact areas on Pay&Benefits operations/technology
Experience with quality-related methodology (SixSigma, Lean, Agile etc)
