Project Manager - Estates Services - Public Sector

I have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Project Manager with experience delivering estates related projects within a large public sector/government client based in Birmingham.

They are currently undergoing significant change and restructure so as a result have asked candidates to have the following skills and experience:

- Proven track record of having successfully delivered estates projects previously
- Ability to design and manage all project plans, including all associated risks and issues.
- Identifying, assessing and managing all risks and issues allowing delivery to remain on track throughout the project life cycle.
- Project management in estates, working in collaboration with a wide range of contacts
- Experience of Prince 2 and agile or accredited in some recognised PM methodology.

Ideally this will be a Project Manager with previous experience of having managed estates related projects with a large government organisation in the past.Recruitment Zone acting as an employment business in regard to this advert.
