Leading global bank seeks to attract Project Manager with previous experience of working in both Business Change and Technology change to join their established London based team.

Responsibilities:

1.The person will take on work streams within the EMIR programme, and report to the EMIR senior project/Programme Manager
2.Feasibility planning, scope definition, assembling the team as well as managing the plan, tracking task completion, managing costs and tracking project costs
3.The person will manage issues and risks and ensure business requirements are met or exceeded, on time and within budget in line with business targets
4.Identify and engage all key stakeholders and contributors
5.Provide feedback to functional managers regarding individuals' performance

Skills:

1.The person must have experience in BOTH Business Change and Technology change.
2.Proven track record in managing multi-location projects in an international investment bank
3.Excellent knowledge of key regulatory programmes and their practical impact on client data management including FATCA, OTC clearing and EMIR is preferable.
4.Commercial awareness and experience in vendor management and negotiation
