Project Manager - Emeds/Istep

Complex platform and mobile App development, system updates/integrations, smart package and other smart devices, etc.

Complex partnership model including different vendors as well as other pharma companies. Model where platform (or smart packages) are developed according to our requirements but will be owned by vendor (open platform). Pharma collaborations ongoing. Patients and sites will also be involved.
Complex cross-departmental and cross-sector interactions, close alignment with commercial activities (smartpackage, mobile apps).

Smart package development (smart blister, smart bottle, smart syringes, smart vials) ongoing but selection, roadmap and partnership model for each smart package still needs to be defined.
Mobile vendor selection not yet started. BYOD is primary goal but for patients that have no smartphone, a phone will be provided.

Required skills

- Senior person with

o Extensive project management expertise
o Experience in handling complex, multi-facet programs
o Clinical trial expertise, preferably in clinical supply environment
o Preferably technology background (mobile Apps, databases, integrations)
o Able to visualize complex concepts in a simple way
o Experience in handling multi-disciplinary teams
o Accurate, delivers high quality work

o Detailed project plan
o Driver for team meetings, minutes and actions
- Driver for platform development, internal system updates and vendor management
- Driver for smart package development and vendors
