Project Manager EMCS/BAS

Responsible for all aspects of sales support for Energy Management and Control System or Building Automation System (EMCS/BAS) projects. Tasks include: Close coordination with Sales; Proposal write-ups; job take-offsdevelopmentobtaining bidding documents, logging, tracking and managing those documents; subcontractors RFP, coordination and management in the development phase; Project turnover to operations when awarded; Technical support to sales team, engineers and customer; Site surveys; customer meetings and other sales support functions as needed.

The position could also involve Project Management duties to include: Complete accountability for the coordination, oversight, budget and completion of projects; setting and meeting deadlines; assigning responsibilities, monitoring and reporting on the status of the project to Sales and management, as required.

SKILLS:

- May require a bachelor's degree and 4-7 years of experience in the field of Building Automation engineering, installation, start-up/check-out and project management. Must have construction industry experience
- Must be customer focused, understand the needs and mission of the customer, work in the customers best interests and build trusting relationships to be successful.
- Experience with mechanical drawings
- Sales support experience (ideally SalesForce)
- Need good communication skills
