Project Manager - eDiscovery

I am working with a client who is looking for a Project Manager with experience in working in the financial services industry and experience in working with eDiscovery.

Key Responsibilities:
*Responsible and accountable for the delivery of agreed project outputs to the agreed time, cost and quality parameters within the agreed scope within Digital Safe Expansion programme.
*Managing and coordinating the activity of specialists, technicians and analysts to ensure that tasks are performed that result in the project deliverable.
*Sitting in the Information Technology eDiscovery programme team supporting the Digital Safe Expansion programme.

Experience Requirements:
*Demonstrable experience in leading projects to successful conclusions
*Experience in a management role with P&L accountability
*Experience in developing and tracking financial business cases
*Relevant experience working in the Financial Services industry
*Proven ability to effectively assess and mitigate project risks and dependencies
*Experienced in effectively communicating with and positively influencing project stakeholders and team members
*Appropriate domain expertise

Technical Experience:
*Email, E-mail systems, E-mail backup
*Digital safes
*TSM or similar backup processes
*Data Protection
*Relevant regulatory knowledge
*eDiscovery
*Chain of custody standards
*HP Autonomy - global experience in these regards

Qualifications:
*Professional qualification in Prince2 and/or PMI Project Management Professional (PMP)
*Where applicable, qualification as PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) or PMI Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP)
