Vantage Resources are currently seeking an experienced HR Project Manager for a contract based in Dublin City Centre for one of our Financial Services clients.
Ideally you will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in a project driven environment in either a HR or PM capacity. The successful candidate will assume the role of Project Manager for the HR workstream.
You will be responsible for managing and leading the reorganisation of resources and the transition from current client engagements to new client engagements in line with business requirements.
You will also be responsible for managing the organisational change to reflect promotional opportunities, permanent and temporary positions, contract duration, benefits, terms, levels and compliance qualifications (eg MCC)
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
10+ years' experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of HR policies.
Financial Services experience is desirable.
Managing staff across the entire organisation.
Formal Project Management qualifications.
Strong Relationship Management Skills
Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills
