Project Manager - Document Management - 50%

Project Manager Senior - Document Management (50% part time) wanted for our client in Basel.

YOUR TASKS:

- Managing one or more high-level, complex, technical projects within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and cost to deliver specified requirements
- Guiding stream leaders and taking responsibility for budget, resource and timelines
- Providing plan and support to stream leads
- Interacting with management, coordinating and directing activities of project team members
- Administering and overseeing documentation of all project requirements and/or objectives

YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- 5-8 years´ experience as a Project Manager with profound experience of document management
- Expert-level knowledge of relevant methodologies (PMM), technologies (Clarity), standards (CSV) and processes, preferably with broad industry exposure
- Experience in GMPLiveLink
- Excellent ability to engage, motivate and communicate to others
- Solid understanding of complex landscapes and relationships (business, systems, policies, etc.)
- Languages: fluent English and German both written and spoken
