Project Manager, Data Leakage Prevention
For one of our established clients in Zürich we are currently looking for experienced Project Managers who have worked with Data Leakage Prevention in the past. For this long term contract in Zürich our client is looking for an English speaking candidate to join as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
- Manage DLP Engineering, Service Delivery and Testing team, organize and conduct project team meetings and track meeting takeaways.
- Create and maintain project plans, track milestones, drive open tasks, and manage risks and issues. Remove roadblocks while making sure processes are followed.
- Report on project progress and communicate progress, issues and escalations to senior management.
- Control resource consumption, current costs, forecasts and team time bookings.
- Interface with DLP Service Manager, DLS Change Board and CDC-part of DLP.
- Engage the numerous, demanding stakeholders and manage requirements.
Deliverables
- Upgrade client's entire DLP infrastructure to newest version of Symantec DLP.
- Finish implementation of global Mail DLP solution including local, standalone-solution for restricted countries.
- Continuously manage and implement business requirements.
- Deploy dedicated DLP instances to restricted countries.
Qualifications
- Motivated, self-starter personality that enjoys managing a geographically dispersed team of security experts.
- Project management experience (certification preferred) including expert knowhow of PM tools (MS Project, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, Sharepoint, JIRA ). Experience with SDLC processes and tools preferred.
- Excellent communication skills (German and English).
- Good overall IT Security knowhow.
- Solid technical understanding of email infrastructure, DNS, AD groups, TCP/IP Networks, and Firewalls.
- Previous experience with Symantec DLP preferred.
