IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Management of projects - initiation, planning, coordination of the execution, monitoring, reporting on the progress, management of project risks, coordination of the delivery, closure
-Continuous development of your project management competencies through participating in internal or external trainings, conferences, certification programs
-Contribution to the development and standardization of project management methodologies within the organization
-Project management office (PMO) in current acquiring processing

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
-Relevant working experience as IT Project Manager (m/f), preferably also with agile methodologies for financial service industry or payment service provider (e. g. VISA or MASTERCARD)
-Ideally a certification as Project Manager (PMP, PMI ACP, GPM, Prince2)
-Ability to work on and track multiple projects simultaneously
-Ability to grasp complex dependencies between multiple systems, quick understanding of complex processes, analytical skills
-Ability to coach, lead and motivate teams and to manage conflicts in a global and virtual environment
-Know-how or experience in software development processes (SDLC) is an advantage
-Strong communication skills, ability to communicate with different hierarchy levels, intercultural skills
-Excellent English language skills, verbally and written
