Project Manager Digital Development wanted for our client in the insurance sector.
YOUR TASKS:
- Overtaking the leadership and management of project activities in respect of requirements, results and management of resources within the digital development group functions
- Managing and executing digital demands from partners and clients as well as defining joint digital roadmap for Switzerland and selecting the correct digital projects
- Providing expertise and consulting for digital topics to partners and clients as well as presenting and coordinating new technologies and solutions with the internal units involved and at the clients
- Defining and implementing an operating model for Switzerland to consume Cloud services and help to prepare transformation of the internal operations in application services and infrastructure domains
- Integrating and accelerating global digital services adoption in alignment with the group strategy as well as applying lean principles and using alternative project methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Sprints/DevOps)
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Graduation in Calibre with experience within insurance services, IT service industry or management consultancy
- 5+ years of proven experience in team management and project management
- Profound knowledge of IT infrastructure technology, agile methodologies and practical expertise in Cloud service implementation as well as sound knowledge in implementing technical innovations
- Ability to operate and influence in a multi-dimensional environment at all levels within an organization
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
