Project Manager - Digital Analytics & Website Optimization

PROJECT MANAGER - BREDA, NETHERLANDS - 4 MONTHS CONTRACT - UP TO 44 EUR (PER HOUR)

Janssen Benelux is searching for a partner in the advanced digital analytics & website optimization domain. The partner will be required to deliver both on-site and off-site services in order to guide Janssen Benelux in this domain.

After setting up the basics, the partner will work with the Janssen Benelux digital team in implementing state-of-the-art optimization tactics for websites and online platforms.

Apart from the technical implementation, the partner will also be the SPOC for our business partners to get insights and context on how their content is performing online.

REQUIREMENTS

* Setup a solid measurement framework in collaboration with business, PMO & IT for websites and online platforms

* Polish the current Janssen Benelux Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Hotjar setup

* Create dashboards and backends to deliver regular reporting to Therapeutic Areas currently live on our websites and platforms (Google Data studio, Klipfolio, custom)

* Help set KPIs and define success on websites and online platforms

* Follow-up on campaigns and content currently live and provide ideas for optimization

* Report performance of Therapeutic Area campaigns to the brand teams and deliver context around the numbers & steps to optimize

* Setup a solid optimization framework for our websites and online platforms

* Assist Janssen Benelux in implementing A/B testing in our websites and online platforms

* Assist Janssen Benelux in implementing personalization in our websites and online platforms

* Guide the Janssen Benelux digital team in optimization tactics
