Project Manager - Data Warehouse Transformation/Finance - SYD

THE PROJECT/ROLE

Our client is currently transforming/re-platforming their entire technical environment including the Data Centre. The purpose of this program of work is to drive technical efficiency across the organization, the emphasis being on "Zero Touch" deployments, Continuous Integration/Delivery and Automation. Specifically the Database and thus Data Warehouse (DWH) solution is being migrated from Oracle to MS SQL Server and a Project Manager is required to assist with this part of the program.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE:

- 5-8 years' experience as a Project Manager with expertise in Business Intelligence/Data Warehousing solutions.
- Proven experience with technical transformation (Ideally Infra/Data Center focus).
- Experience in large, complex technical environments (Ideally finance/banking).
- Strong stakeholder management/business facing skills.
- A demonstrated ability to drive technical change and delivery.
- Experience with MS SQL Server and/or Oracle solutions.
- A Technology related Degree/Diploma and/or relevant certifications (PMP, PMI, PMBOK, Prince 2).
- Experience with Zero Touch" concepts, Continuous Integration/Delivery and Automation (desirable).
