PROJECT MANAGER & DATA ANALYST IN OPERATIONAL RISK MANAGEMENT

OVERVIEW OF BUSINESS AREA:

Operational risk is the risk of incidents resulting from inadequate or failed internal processes, people or systems or from external events. Our primary aim is the early identification, recording, assessment, monitoring, prevention and mitigation of operational risks, as well as timely and meaningful management reporting.

Within the Operational Risk Framework & Governance team, we develop and own the bank-wide framework for the management and oversight of operational risk, including the definition and further development of methodologies and processes for individual Operational Risk Framework components and ensuring bank-wide implementation thereof.
We are looking for person with a project management and data analytical profile to support a regulatory project for nine to twelve months.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide coordination and direction to data reconciliation projects and other incident data related initiatives
- Involvement in system development and testing to support the transformation of the incident data business process and systems
- Support data reconciliation activities between two OpRisk tools (i/eGold and MyIncidents), where operational events and other incidents are captured, managed and reported
- Perform data analyses for major regulatory legal entity project, based on global Internal and External data set, and support its rollout
- Support legal entity specific OpRisk capital/AMA model rollout

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

Essential:

- Experienced project and stakeholder manager
- Strong analytical/technical background, paired with interpersonal & communication skill set
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple priorities, delivering to established timelines, and to high quality standard
- Independent, well structured, control and detail oriented working style
- Be able to work autonomously in a global team setupExperience in a global banking environment
- Advanced MS Excel/Access Skills
- Fluent in English

- Risk Management/Operations/Controlling background
- Senior or manager level
- OpRisk expert
