A high profile FMCG organisation is seeking an Interim Senior Project Manager to lead a global Customer Service transformation programme.

You will be instrumental in scoping a range of feasibility studies to build a new global operating model for the future. Working across a diverse stakeholder group you will design a model that harmonises customer service processes and best-in-class technology to leverage proactive sales opportunities and efficiencies with customers across the world.

From designing the 'to be' customer service platform, you will then define the underlying benefits case and change impact before then developing and rolling out a pragmatic approach to implement this new solution.

Requirements:

- Proven project/programme management delivery experience across Customer Services
- Track record of developing and embedding new target operating models
- Global FMCG experience is advantageous, although not essential
- Ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders
