PROJECT MANAGER - CUSTOMER SAVINGS DATA - 9 MONTHS - BRISTOL

A top retail bank based in Bristol currently requires a Project Manager to join a Business Banking Transformation Programme to analyse customer data to allow an increased return on investment.

PURPOSE OF ROLE

This is a key role to support the mobilisation of circa £90m Customer Data and is critical to the effective delivery of capability in 2015.

You will support the Savings Customer Segmented Pricing initiative of the Customer Data review

ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES AND/OR RESPONSIBILITIES

The programme is one of the top group strategic initiatives and has already delivered a competitive advantage and significant improvements in the information we provide to colleagues to support their interactions with customer.

Your role will be to manage the execution of a number of projects, from initiation to delivery. Reporting into the Programme Manager, you will ensure that business/Programme objectives are met, driving to resolution on their behalf any critical project issues. You will leverage and empower the broader virtual team, managing a complex and challenging stakeholder community.

A flexible working pattern will be required due to project timescales and the multi-location of our teams and stakeholders.

KEY SKILLS

Financial Services Project Management experience, ideally banking

Strong business change experience

Excellent stakeholder management experience

Strong team leadership skills/experience
