Job Information:

The customer project manager is accountable for all activities in the company project model. This includes monitoring and controlling project progress and deliveries and focusing on the needs and priorities of the customer and other important project stakeholders. The CPM manages the project activities in the analysis, planning, establishment (execution), realization (execution), handover (execution) and the conclusion phase of the project. The CPM can have early involvement in sales and planning phase and supports the CFR in the sales process activities including cost estimation, development of the initial project timeline, resource planning and risk assessment. The CPM is responsible for monitoring and controlling all project financials in SAP supported by PSP and Business Controllers, securing proper planning and tracking, to enable PMO to have clear visibility of project status and financial results. The CPM is accountable for the Project Performance Reviews (PPR) and participates in the Steering Group Reviews (SGR) for projects they are assigned. The CPM also supports the operation organization's KPIs and business targets. Skills include: Experience with IT application deployments required PMP certification preferred PM Experience with deployment of IVR/DTMF deployments preferred PM Experience with Customer Care IT Applications (Speech, Dynamic Messaging, Call Routing) preferred Experience with MSO preferred but not required Location: Work to be performed in Atlanta.
