PROJECT MANAGER - CRM/IMPLEMENTATION

Darwin's client is currently looking for a Project Manager for a 3 month contract position based in Paris, and so requires a fluent French and English speaker. The position will be working for an exciting and growing Software Consultancy whose main offices are in Silicon Valley. This position is ideal for a Project Manager ready to hit the ground running on new projects and work autonomously. We are looking for a contractor who is available immediately to start on this critical project.

The role will require the candidate to work alongside technical consultants, as well as work with consultants remotely. The ideal candidate will have a depth of Project Management experience, and will have worked with software companies before. A previous experience with implementation and working with CRM is ideal. Working in a global team the candidate should be happy to work with delivery and implementation of the project.

The role requires a Project Manager capable of working with customers and are experienced in working on the client side, as you will be responsible for launching new customer communities' with a solid foundation for growth. Experience managing multiple parallel projects (with team size of 5+ members) in a software development and/or project management environment where the customer is an external buyer is preferred, and experience with MS Project (or similar) project management solution is expected.

As a company they are working a lot with new media and social media, so are looking for Project Managers who have a real interest in delivering great customer facing results, and also have an interest in social networking and how it is affecting business decisions. Although the business language is English the candidate will need to work with French customers and clients and therefore fluent French is a must.

Aspects of the role will include.....
Manage a number of parallel software deployment projects for customers.
Coordinate and/or manage internal and external resources, both technical (consultants, production operations) and non technical (best practice experts, user interface consultants, designers).
Work with the customer on the definition and execution of the overall project plan.
Manage the client relationship and set customer expectations during product implementations.
Complete projects on time and on budget whilst impressing the customer.
Identify and advocate for new product features on behalf of the customers .
