PROJECT MANAGER (CRM)

We are seeking a Project Manager with end-to-end CRM implementation experience to come in and plan, manage, and execute a large state-wide enterprise project!

You will join a highly collaborative and technical team to develop and provide daily management and oversight of a multi-year CRM project. Identify, track, and resolve project interdependencies and related issues/risks while closely engaging with stakeholders to assess feasibility, complexity, and scope of new capabilities/solutions. You will drive the team to continuous improvement and ensure that all capabilities delivered align with the business objectives, strategies, and intent.

Required:

- 3+ years of Salesforce.com -OR- Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience
- Experience with integrating 3rd party applications
- Experience with Legacy systems for Computer Telephony Integration (CTI)
- Experience creating and setting up Knowledge Base
