Project Manager Credit Risk

For our banking client in Zurich we are looking for a

Program/Project Manager Credit Risk

Start date: Asap - mid November at latest

Duration: minimum 6 months

Location: Zurich

You will be responsible for delivering the objectives of a number of inter-linked global and/or cross functional projects building together an entire strategic program. This includes responsibility for the timely implementation of defined program/project objectives in line with quality standards and budget.

Responsibilities

* Managing all aspects of a project, which includes project planning, execution, timing, quality, cost and early identification of potential issues

* Providing the stakeholders with transparent, accurate and regular information regarding the status of project deliveries

* Managing the staff of a project team directly, or a team as part of a Matrix organization, ensuring efficient use of resources

Role & Credit Risk:

* Credit Risk IT is providing services and systems to manage the Credit Risk Portfolio across all Locations and Divisions

* The particular role is expected to manage projects in the WM Area especially the Credit Risk WM Regulatory initiatives and the Credit Risk WM Business Improvements.

Skills or experience the ideal candidate has:

* Bachelor's degree of Information Technology or equivalent

* 5+ years of experience as project manager or program manager

* 3+ years of experience in Wealth Management, Private or Commercial Banking

* Experience in managing software development projects within a Financial Institution

* Experience in managing medium sized teams (10-20) in a geographically dispersed environment

* Willingness to work flexible hours to support global stakeholders

* Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written) required

* Experience in managing senior stakeholders
