To be considered for this role you will need to have experience of Large scale refurbishments/relocations in a corporate environment from start to finish. You will need to have excellent planning and organisational skills as you will need to develop the project plan from scratch and communicate effectively within the business (up to Director level), Matrix management of internal and external stakeholders, Multi Million pound budget experience and you will be a very commercially focused person both at a strategic and tactical level. This is a 12 month FTC.
