Project Manager- Corporate Banking Cash Management (2spots)

RESPONSIBILITIES / JOB OVERVIEW: ¨ Interact with stakeholders (primarily Business) to understand the requirements. ¨ Document Business Requirements related to Cash Management / Correspondent Banking products and able to relate them to IT. ¨ Manage changes to baseline requirements through effective application of change control processes and tools. ¨ Creation and re-engineering of data warehouse environment designs and implementations ¨ Conduct project meetings / discussions with project sponsor and stakeholders ¨ Define project scope, budget, resources, deliverables, and timeline ¨ Ensure timely completion of quality deliverables, identify and manage dependencies / critical path, monitor progress, and report project status to the various project committee meetings ¨ Ensure that the project team applies project methodology (related to this organization) and standards in project management and governance ¨ Consistently deliver high quality services to internal users/clients at all levels ¨ Participate in various testing cycles; provide support to the end user / client. . ¨ Analyze functional requirements, then propose reporting solutions to them based on internal standard systems and perform workload and risk analysis related to these solutions. ¨ Participate in user trainings. QUALIFICATIONS ¨ Strong Project Manager / Business Analyst skills (Banking knowledge - Cash Management / Payments / SWIFT required) to be able to understand business requirements, needs and priorities. ¨ Experience with data warehousing concepts, designs, and project implementations ¨ Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills to develop and deliver informative progress reports, proposals, and presentations ¨ Understand / use SQL with a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience. ¨ Ability to work with large databases, data warehouses. ¨ Fluency and solid understanding in IT issues related to data warehouse ¨ Good organizational, planning, and time management skills ¨ A self-starter with the ability to prioritize multiple objectives, work under time pressure / constraints, and take ownership for completing assigned tasks ¨ Ability to ask penetrating questions and detect unstated assumptions, and resolve conflicts ¨ A very good team player and to be able to work quickly and independently as well.
