Project Manager/Coordinator

A globally renowned pharmaceutical organisation require an experienced Project Manager/Project Coordinator who have in the past delivered large scale biotechnology/
pharmaceutical projects. The role of the Project Manager will be to prepare

- FEASIBILITY STUDIES
- Perform feasiblity studies and recommend directions for optimal equipment design in an accurate manner
- BUSINESS CASES
- Provide support in the process of developing, reviewing, submitting and approving a business case
- Vendor Management - Contract, coordinate and monitor vendors and their performance & maintain the relationships with them
- CAPITAL & PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- Manage, monitor and control projects and the involved disciplines/suppliers
- Communicate and report deviations to suppliers and internal customers
- Assist during start-up phase of new equipment/systems
- Manage complete financial closure of capital projects
- DOCUMENTATION
- Write up approved project plan and specification as well as periodic progress reports, budget overview and project file
- Document turn-over packages for the operational use of new equipment/systems
- CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS
- Conduct effective project meetings and inform stakeholders in a timely and precise manner
- Create an environment of leadership excellence, continuous learning and high morals

EXPERIENCE

- Ideally 5 years experience within project management, process and packaging technology within the pharmaceutical or food industry.
