Our client is an innovative and highly successful organisation that has carved an impressive reputation across the manufacturing and retail industries. They are currently going through a large transformation program of work and are looking for a project manager to manage an enterprise-wide project to implement a performance management reporting framework across its business.

- As a Project Manager you will be responsible for the overall project management function, providing leadership, coordination and management of the project activities, as well as:
- Participating in the development of the project scope, goals, deliverables with external consultancies and senior management, engaging executive management to agree key dependencies and relationships;
- Strategising and executing the roll out of the project;
- Implementing appropriate reporting mechanisms to communicate the projects progress;
- Effectively planning and communicating project expectations and resourcing requirements to internal and external stake holders;
- Identifying and escalating any project dependencies impacting project delivery;
- Resolving conflict and managing appropriate governance structures to validate acceptance from project participants and business users;
- Planning and tracking business progress to daily activity, reports, proposals, submissions, timelines and milestones;
- Building ownership of the governance and administration of the project to completion;
- Developing best practices and tools for project execution and management.

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS CONTRACT, WE ARE LOOKING FOR PROJECT MANAGERS WHO HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager with a background in the IMPLEMENTATION OF MANAGEMENT REPORTING SYSTEMS
- Experience in management reporting and KPI reporting
- Experience with project management methodologies/tools/techniques; project life cycle stages including conceptualisation, approvals, planning, execution and termination
- The ability to develop Project Plans and establish the project controls to manage, control and report on project status
- Ability to plan, direct and coordinate activities across multiple projects and stakeholders while maintaining composure, and working effectively under deadlines
- Knowledge of costing, budget and expenditures; business processes and procedures; contract development, negotiation and management
- High level of verbal and written communication skills
- Degree qualified with supporting Accreditation, certification and/or affiliation in a Project Management discipline/institution (Prince2/PMBOK/PMI).
