Swisslinx are currently looking for a Project Manager to work for a large Pharmaceutical company in Basel. It is a contracting position starting ASAP - Mid next year where if applicable and extension will be possible.
The person will be requested to fulfil the following requirements:
- Analyse and distill the initial project ideas. Assess project ideas in terms of implementation, ROI, risk and success factors in co-ordination with the portfolio manager
- Creation of project plans with goals, resources, milestones, costs, spend, approach, project structure, risk management within the project organization. Distribution of the project contracts in collaboration and approval of the project sponsor.
- Division of a project or program into sub projects and work packages and creating the corresponding contracts.
- Definition of the project marketing strategy and communications plan.
- Establishing the project relevant quality management procedures and implementing same.
- Application of controlling mechanisms to influence the behaviour of the project team and the external suppliers.
- Consolidation of the status reports on the project.
- Monitoring risk and implementing corrective actions.
- Checking, accepting and approving project output and integrating these into the overall project.
- Creating the project completion report and documentation of the learnings/experiences from the view of the project team.
To be considered for this role you must possess the following skills:
- Strong Project Management experience
- Document Management Systems (DMS) experience
- Managed projects in the Document Management domain
- Experience working in a pharma company (strong advantage)
