Project Manager - Contract

Project Manager required immediately for 6 month contract with a Cork based software development consultancy.

Reporting to the Head of Engineering this is an exciting job for someone who is a Project Manager with aJava development background

The job:
Project managing multi-tier applications in Java/J2EE using technologies like Spring, Hibernate, JQuery, JavaScript and MySQL
Working within an Agile environment
Managing projects for transaction intensive systems and large data volumes (E-commerce)
Working in a structured development environment using OOP, AOP and other structured programming principles

Are You:
Going to take a project and run with it, planning, scheduling, co-ordinating and managing everything
An experienced Java developer with more recent experience in Project Management
Able to work to tight deadlines and produce results
A passionate advocate of Agile SDLC
A great communicator with an ability to motivate teams to deliver

This is a great job with a company using the latest technology across the Java stack. You will be working in an Agile environment on a major n-tier enterprise application.
