A leading Wealth Management business based inLondonrequires an experienced Project Manager to lead a number of change workstreams within a major HR Transformation programme. More specifically the PM will be focusing on the Resourcing aspect of the programme and will be tasked with leading the Contingent Workforce & Demand Management Projects.

This programme is extremely high profile and requires someone with both the gravitas to gain buy-in and the delivery mentality to push the project forward.

CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Provide thought leadership on the future operating model
- Collaboration and engagement from multiple stakeholders from different businesses
- Working with the Programme Team, stakeholders, IT and other business functions to estimate and plan project delivery
- Mobilise a project team to support delivery
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions and report as part of the broader Programme
- Understand and factor in intra-programme and wider HR dependencies and dri.ve a joined up approach for the Resourcing Programme and other associated, overlapping or interdependent change initiatives
- Supervisory responsibilities - 1-2 x Business Analysts and Matrix management of resources in other teams and from third party suppliers

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

- End-to-end project delivery experience of either a Contingent Workforce change Project or a Demand Management change Project
- Extensive HR project delivery experience
- Subject matter knowledge in HR and more specifically Resourcing
- Financial Services Industry experience
- Delivery of policy, process, operating model, service delivery model and technology change with a focus on business rather than technical delivery
- Delivery of change in structured environments which have been subject to best practice governance, controls and assurance
- Significant knowledge of resource (Supply/Demand) practices
- Able to communicate with business stakeholders at all levels, maintain relationships, negotiate and influence
- Stakeholder mapping/networking skills
- Strong understand of project delivery methodologies
