- Project approach and planning for a contact center solution replacement at a leading German telecom operator in Düsseldorf
- Presentation/defence of the solution delivery plan at customer C-level and project responsible (in German)
- Set-up and execution of proof-of-concept
- Transfer-to-operations
- Key customer interface (in German)
- Start: immediately (ideally January 6th, 2014)
- Fluent or native German speaker, fluent English
- Proven delivery experience from multiple contact center transformation and/or replacement projects during the last 5 years
- Proven technical experience with at least one of the following contact center solutions: Avaya, Genesys, Enghouse Interactive, Cisco
- Telecom operator experience
- Team spirit and good intercultural/interpersonal communication skills.
- Nice-to-have: Chinese language skills
You must be eligible to live and work in Germany.
