A market leader specialising in the development, implementation and support of Payroll, Time & Attendance and HR management systems.
We operate across all business sectors in Ireland and the UK including government, public sector agencies, education, retail, pharmaceutical and food & beverages.
TASKS
Liaise with a diverse client portfolio to understand their business requirements
Requirement analysis gathering and completion of final specifications
Support new and existing system projects
Implement the HRM System in new client sites
Implement enhancements and new features within existing client sites
Implement full project life cycles, from initiating a project, client training, implementation, UAT support and live running
Deliver application training to client HR and management teams
Provide knowledge of product initiatives to clients
Provide analysis and recommendations to HR business users
Manage and deliver to project deadlines
REQUIREMENTS
Client consultative capacity
Systems testing
SQL or PL/SQL
Third level Degree qualified preferably IT, Business or Finance, ie BIS, Computer Science would be a plus.
Project management, ie PRINCE2 or PMP (advantageous)
Documentation writing
Systems implementation
HR, payroll or related business process and best practice
Project management experience
HR or Payroll department or project experience
SOME TRAVEL TO CLIENT SITES WILL BE REQUIRED.
