Project Manager/Consultant - User Management

Edelway is an IT services and recruitment consultancy based in Switzerland with a Pan-European presence.

Our multinational client in Barcelona is now looking for a Project Manager/Consultant to join them on a contract basis to deliver the following:

*Segment and classify all the end-users: define segments and personas
*Identification and Engagement of the Key users >= describe key users skills, capabilities, and commitment
*Persona creation: tools and content use, productive time on site/app
*Define employee ambassador model
*Assess the requirements for a web analytics tool and explore the options with the vendors
*Chose the best web analytics and tools to track our end users behaviour, EFSS analytics
*Work on the application packaging, configuration, and testing plan for all the end-user solutions and application
