Projektbeschreibung
Experience of managing medium-risk commercial property projects at the Project Manager level.
Evidence of excellent written and oral communication skills, - including the ability to obtain an understanding of technically complex matters and communicate them in a clear and concise manner.
Must be a current Prince 2 Practitioner or holder of APMP (Level D) qualification.
Experience dealing with construction health and safety issues within a project.
A proven ability to manage contracts including large scale procurements.
