LOCATION: NORTH WEST ENGLAND (HOME BASED AND WILL BE REQUIRED TO TRAVEL TO VARIOUS SITES ACROSS THE NORTH WEST)
RATE: £310 PER DAY
CONTRACT: 6 MONTHS (WITH POSSIBLE EXTENSION)
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:
- Experience of delivering major infrastructure projects, including negotiation with contractors on delivery programmes, variation management and cost management.
- Experience of working with and/or within local authorities and schools
- Understanding of D&B contracts and how they operate
- Experience of D
- Developing and implementing best practice strategy in relation to managing:
o contract risk and issues;
o change process;
o payment process;
o collation of monthly reporting to include agreed KPIs; - Engaging with the H
- Engaging in review of completion and handover process (this would include attending testing and inspection, review of snagging etc.).
- Working to an effective completion and handover within the time, cost, and quality parameters of the programme.
