Project Manager - Computerized Systems, two positions open in Basel with one of our clients within the Pharmaceutical/Life Science area.

Start Date: 01.07.2016

Duration: 6 months with possibility of extension

Work Load: 80% - 100%

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Communication and coordination of activities with system owners, QA and system users
- Writing SOPs ESOPS
- Input change management
- Creating Global Laboratory Information Management System IMA reports and editing of IMA entries
- System administration for computerized systems
- Admin for analytical software applications
- User and Data administration
- Creation of analytical templates/protocols
- Troubleshooting, repairs, changes to analytical systems and system-specific data Servers
- Evaluation of new analytical system software for compliance to the Standard Operating Procedures
- Initial qualifications, migrations; including all required documents
- Preparing qualification logbook, qualification plan and user requirement specifications
- Authoring IQ13 documents, OQ/PQ for verification of ERES
- Authoring IQ and OQ test plans, PQ test plans, Q report
- Performing IQ13, IQ and OQ, OQ/PQ for verification of ERES
- Supporting retirement of laboratory systems
- Performing periodic system reviews
- Coordination of external service and repairs
- Input for cost prediction and control

YOUR BACKGROUND:

- Previous experience as an IT Project Manager or Laboratory/Analytics Project Manager within the Pharmaceutical/Life Science area
- Bachelors Degree in Life Science, IT or equal
- Work experience in qualification of computerized systems is a must
- Strong Knowledge of GMP
- Fluent English (oral and written)
