Project Manager - Compliance/Regulatory

Project Manager with profound Compliance and Regulatory knowledge wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Higher academic degree in business informatics or computer science with 5+ years' working experience in an international IT projects within the financial industry
- Profound background in the Compliance or Client Relationship Management
- Strong knowledge of Compliance Processes, Transaction Monitoring and Project Management methodologies, PMI or equivalent certificate is preferable
- Change management skills in driving organisational changes taking full account of oppositions and differing stakeholder priorities
- Languages: fluent English and German, both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Maintaining the implementation project to rollout a Transaction Monitoring Tool to improve Anti Money Laundering prevention
- Providing Project Management within the delivery unit, reporting business and delivery sponsor along with managing project communications and committee meetings
- Collaborating with a small project team to prepare the requirement list, solution blueprint, stakeholder map, work breakdown structure and risk register in order to pursue approval of Feasibility Phase
- Managing project resources including external and internal staff, third parties and partners as well as planning and organising Rollout and Trainings
- Carrying out the implementation, such as building up infrastructure, defining transaction monitoring rules and settings as well as configuring the Transaction Monitoring Tool with integration with surrounding systems
- Conducting the technical and functional Rollout of the tool to a user base, coordinating and communicating with stakeholders in all three IT Hubs along with ensuring the global re-usability of the tool
