PROJECT MANAGER - COMPLIANCE - PMI - DATA - ENERGY SECTOR - BELGIUM - CONTRACT.
My client, a Global Technology Consultancy, are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join their organisation on a 12 month contract. The successful Project Manager will have strong experience of managing Compliance projects and would have worked within the energy sector.
*YOU MUST BE FLUENT IN EITHER DUTCH OR FRENCH*
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You take care of a clear project organization with well-defined roles and responsibilities
- You manage the project scope, quality, resources, cost and timing
- You establish and manage a realistic project schedule
- You lead the project team: set team directions, motivate team members and assign work
- You identify project risks and take appropriate actions
- You have adequate knowledge of the project scope and requirements and are able to challenge it
- You adopt a constructive attitude towards all stakeholders to make progress on the project
- In sum: you guarantee the project success
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- GDPR experience is desirable. This role will be leading GDPR requirements to the business but ultimately any previous experience in compliance related projects would be ideal (PCI, ISO27001, COBIT etc)
- Technical or Economical Master degree
- Minimum 10 years of experience as Project Leader
- Knowledge of the project management methodology PMI/PMBOK is an asset
- Experience in the energy sector is a plus
- Experience/knowledge related to data management and data security is a plus
- Empathic and goal oriented
- Strong analytical skills
- Proactive, strong communicator and team player
