PROJECT MANAGER - COMPLAINTS POLICY - WEST YORKSHIRE

Based in West Yorkshire a Project Manager is required on a contract basis to work on a major programme to reduce complaints across a financial services product range.

Key Responsibilities are as follows:

- Project manage a workstream focusing on designing and delivering changes in complaints policy and product sales/servicing. It will involve management of activity and resources across a number of areas.
- Produce regular project reports, analysis and senior management updates on progress and key decisions.
- Manage scope, resolve issues and mitigate risks across projects.
- Create, manage and deliver the detailed plans and interdependencies to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Review high-level project deliverables.

Candidates must possess experience of delivering changes to complaints policies, product sales/servicing. Experience of this within the banking/FS sector would be ideal.
