Projektbeschreibung
Ideally candidates will possess a Prince 2 qualification, or similar and have experience delivering end-to-end small scale community projects such as refurbishment of a community centre or small capital build projects. Experience of managing staff and budgets would be highly advantageous as would exposure to managing external contractors & consultants.
Key Tasks & Deliverables
To lead on provision of responses and advice for planning applications and queries from Community Services
To coordinate the monitoring and management of spend of Community Services related funds from developer contributions
To monitor and update the Community Facilities Strategy as necessary, and respond to queries and needs relating to community facility provision
To be the project lead to manage and complete any projects relating to new community facility provision
To support Community Services in performance management by reporting PI's corporately as required

Skills:
Previous project management experience
Prince 2 accreditation
Excellent communication skills and ability to write reports, consultant briefs etc
IT skills including word processing, spreadsheets, database applications and the Internet.
Ability to manage and prioritise workload
Strategic thinking/problem solving skills
