IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Communication regarding a large R&D Change and Transformation Program toward a 5000+ engineer organisation
-Interface and support of the central Communication Team
-Create meeting minutes and program communication documents (e.g. e-mails, PowerPoint slides)
-Identify Bright Spot examples from the improvement initiatives and prepare communication about achievements and results of the initiatives together with the initiative team
-Help initiative teams to use different communication channels e.g. writing blogs, create content for video screens etc.
-Evolve Intranet and Share Point structure and content
-Set up and track communication about the improvement initiatives for 5000+ engineers across 40 sites
-Work with sites across the globe to create communication plan
-Support with communication materials and mentoring, whenever needed
-Recruit volunteers in order to grow the change movement
-Collect feedback about the change initiatives
-Organise site open sessions, video open sessions etc.

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Good communication skills
-Knowledge of different communication channels
-Basic technical know-how
-Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-English skills mandatory, German skills would be nice to have
-International experience would be beneficial
