Project Manager - Commercial Back Office Procurement

A busy organisation based in Gourock is looking for an experienced PM to lead the procurement of a back office system which will manage all bookings, reservations and ticket issuing. The role would include working with a number of key stakeholders to ensure the system meets the requirements of the Smart and Integrated Ticket Strategy.

Essential skills:

Experience in IT Systems competitive tendering environment - Public Procurement
Experience in managing multiple suppliers in a geographically distributed project.
Experience in leading large scale OJEU procurement to implement systems and manage the transition the transition of the new system.
Extensive knowledge of transactional business critical systems, ideally gained in passenger transport organisation. Understanding of PCI/DSS regulations and payment systems including EVM, EPOS, retail banking and and reconciliation of payments.
