Banking client in the North West require 4 Project Managers to work from either their Kirkby or Manchester location.
Experience Required:
*Proven experience of managing the end to end process of a project from initiation to implementation - Business Change projects
*Evidence of change management capability in an operational environment - Good knowledge of Change Management Principles
*Sound knowledge of call centre functions
*Proven track record of managing multi-functional project teams to deliver change
*Proficient in use of Microsoft Project Manager or alternative plan software
*Knowledge and understanding of the financial services industry is essential - Collections and Recoveries is a bonus
