Project Manager Client Server

Works with business and IT management to establish project goals, objectives, and deliverables. Assess the degree to which changes to scope, issues and risks will affect projects working with department, management and sponsor to gain agreement for resolution. Measure performance to assure the project is progressing as compared to original plan and budget. Develops and executes a work plan obtaining authorized resources to ensure all activities are performed. Gather lessons learned and obtain final project approval from sponsor and stakeholders. Coordinate resources to ensure project needs are addressed and effectively assign tasks and deliverables to team members based upon their abilities.

SKILLS:

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years overall IT experience required.
5 or more years of project management experience required.
2 or more years of Business Systems Analyst experience required.
Experience managing projects with IT, business team and external team members.
Experience managing Testing/QA resources.
Outstanding written/verbal communication skills are essential.
Knowledge and expertise in managing multiple projects in various SLC phases with diversified technical platforms.
Experience with all phases of the software life cycle.
Detail oriented, independent, self-starter and customer service oriented.
Ability to move a project forward on schedule
Ability to bring structure to ambiguous requirements
Proven Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and Project skills are required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Pharmaceutical experience
MDM experience
Experience in a regulated environment
Experience managing the transition from project closure to operational support
PMP certification
MS SharePoint; MS Project

EDUCATION REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems Management or a related discipline preferred.
