Project Manager - Clearing/Settlements and OTC - Sydney

Provide effective project management to all departments to ensure that projects are delivered on time, to budget and meet the clients' expectations in accordance to the Project Framework.

Our client is one of Australia's leading and largest financially based organisations that have expanded its operations more recently. They have a very large technical footprint that combine a dynamic range of technologies in an ultimately, highly complex landscape.

TEAM DESCRIPTION

This position sits within a group Clearing and Settlements team. The team is highly skilled and employs multiple project management methodologies to successfully manage one of the largest clearing and settlements departments in the country.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

This role will require pro-active personalities with superior communication skills. You will have proven Clearing and Settlements Project Management experience.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE:

- 5 years project management experience in Clearing and Settlements.
- Experience managing multiple projects utilising multiple resources across the organisation from multiple disciplines.
- Proven track record working as a Scrum master in an Agile environment, SCRUM.
- Strong commercially based relationship management experience with vendors/suppliers.
- Comprehensive knowledge of technology applications including an awareness of integrating Middleware.
- Knowledge of and experience in formal project management methodologies.
- Experience working in a PMO/Project Delivery structure and SDLC.
- Proficient with MS Project and preferably MS Project Server.
