Project Manager Cash and Custody Transaction

For our banking client based in Zurich we are currently looking for a IT Project Manager Cash and Custody Transaction Reporting (CCTR)

Location: Zurich

Start date: ASAP

Duration: 6months

Languages: English and German

Role Description:

- Responsible for management of the entire delivery cycle of the CCTR project (time, cost and quality)
- Close collaboration and dependency management with offshore development team, business partners and internal clients
- Tracking of project effort, milestones, financials (budget and actuals)
- Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues
- Plan and optimize utilization of project resources
- Ensure adherence to project management standards
- Contribute best practices, lessons learnt and measurement data from project to organization's process asset library
- Implement and/or reliably execute request management process

Necessary skills:

- Sound background in project management of software delivery projects
- Strong capabilities in methodologies and tools to perform all project management tasks and PMO activities. Excellent knowledge in project management and agile methods (SCRUM/Kanban) as well as RUP and/or CMMI
- Very good leadership skills to drive implementation of a defined set of features through all phases (eg requirements engineering, development, testing, go life, organizational rollout).
- Strong skills in stakeholder management
- Practical experience of successful cooperation with offshore partners
- Practical experience in state-of-the-art software architecture and good understanding of banking products, experience in reporting or billing are a plus
- PMP certification would be nice
- Very good communication and presentation skills in English (written and spoken), German is beneficial
