Project Manager with skills in managing the implementation of new call centres needed by this leading Internet Company to be based in their Stockholm head office.

In the role you will be working closely with their other European Offices and be responsible for Project Managing the set up of their new Call Centre in Stockholm working closely with external call centre technology suppliers helping to deliver a cutting edge solution.

The successful candidate will have very strong Project Management experience (5 yrs+). Have experience of Project Managing the Set Up of a Call Centres. Have a good understanding of call centre technologies (Avaya, Siemens, PSTN, VOIP, Hosted Solutions). Have experience of working with 3rd party call centre technologies suppliers. Be ok to work in Stockholm full time until the end of the year.
